Ok, now that I have it, I can’t figure out how to loosen the saddle in order to move it forward/backward. Any instructions out there?

Loosen the allen bolt at the back of the post from under the seat, then loosen the 3 sided wing nut at the front/top of the post.(count how many turns you undo the wingnut. it’s bit of a bitch to start with) slide the seat into position, for and aft. Tighten the 3 sided wingnut (same number of turns as you undid). Tighten the allen bolt to suit.
Presto you’re done. and if you’re good, you will have at least one knuckle that isn’t bleeding
