How quickly did IMCDA09 sell out?

Does anyone recall how quickly IMCDA09 sold out last year? Did it sell out at onsite registrations or did it stay open online for a bit?

Have a friend interested in 2010 race.

Albert,

A friend of mine register a few days after the event and then it sold out the next day. I believe it was the Wednesday after the event. The year before it took about a full week to sell out. It will be interesting to see how these races sell out this year with many folks holding back on spending their dollars.

I was able to register online sometime during the week after the race. I don’t recall exactly when it was, but it was a few days afterwards.

There are Community Funds slots still available, if you are interested in this year’s event. Sounds like you are asking more for the knowledge of how quick you need to get on line and sign up for 2010. Good luck either way.

I registered online about 1 minute after it went live. That was the main reason I chose CDA as I heard that IM Canada was only available if you were physically thereto grab an entry.
