Three pounds which isn’t that bad, but it felt like a lot more. How much weight did you gain or lose during the holidays?

Probably stayed even. Out of town right now, will weigh in on Monday. i might have even lost some… this 100/100 is kicking my butt.
I didn’t gain anything at all, actually I lost some pounds. I stayed focused on my nutrition and maintained good training.

In the neighborhood of 3-4 as well. It really feels a hell of a lot more.
Nov 3rd 165.
Jan 3rd 152.
Lost 13
Damn. Good job to you.
Nov. 24 - 183
Jan 3 - 193
I’m pathetic…
Even-steven for me, - and thats a first!
Zero
.
Lost 21. I was at 234 in November and am now at 213. Feels good, but I missed out on a lot of rum-cake.
At Clearwater I was around 148, I am now around 162 or so, more than a pound per week. Start reeling it back pretty soon, sometime after I finish that eggnog in the fridge.
about 14 lbs in the last 4 weeks and I could care less. I enjoyed every ounce, do it every year, and take it off just as easil;y as I put it on. I’m convinced whatver roman emperor put tgether the holiday calendar was a tri coach, its perfect!
I did not gain any. I may have lost a pound.
At least 10 pounds. You try training for IMAZ, only to have Thanksgiving and the holiday season start 5 days after. The combo of the holiday season and a training break at the same time is good for the heart! People that worry about weight gain during the offseason will burn out during te season. Live a little!
3lbs Since Christmas. Nothing between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
How much more could you care less?
Not a pound spent the last two weeks with a high volume of training.
Good job to you too.
My work place has a “maintain don’t gain” program. They weigh you before Thanksgiving and then after New Years. If you stay within 3 pounds over the initial weight, or under, you get a $15.00 (pre tax) check. Last year I lost 8 pounds, this year it looks to be around 3 or 4 pounds that I will lose. It does help that October and November are easy months for me and that I have a lot of vacation in December that allows for some pretty long training sessions.
Anyhow, I’ll say I lost 3 pounds.
