How much time do you list on training peaks for strength training?

Do you all enter the actual time you spent in the gym lifting or do you round it off to a certain amount of time.

I remember reading something years ago that Friel said that you should always consider a weight training day as one hour of training.

I recommend listing the actual time or close to it, rounding to an hour from 30-40 minutes is going to skew your hours over the long term.


I always put in actual time, including a brief warmup on the stationary bike. Not rushing through sets but not hanging around needlessly that was pretty much always 40-45 minutes which seems to fit well with their weekly training hours and is what my coach scheduled it as.

15 mins of lifting is 15 mins of lifting.
