If I go to the LBS with all the parts, aproximately how much should it cost to put it all together? No fitting, just a usable bike.
Depends how good they are. My LBS did a prefect job on my bike, for only 100$, I really realized how bad I was as bike-mech when I saw the results. I guess it will cost more in US than in Sweden, altough
We usually charge $100-$125 USD depending on what kind of bike it is at my shop.

should be in the 100-150 range. Thats what we used to charge at the shops I worked at. Also its usually a total treat for the mechanic as most bike builds I used to do were on the price point bikes under $500 and took around a 1/2 hour to do. I always loved when someone would bring in a sweet new carbon frame with loads of campy goodness and then having the joy building the bike from scratch. Oh the school girl glee!
Some shops charge an upfront price, and some charge hourly. Building yourself is always priceless…
