How many of you would sell your soul for 1 million dollars?

I mean in a contract sense. You sign a piece of paper to whoever is offering you 1 Million for your soul. It could be anybody, like your best friend, or the creepy guy down the street. You sign the paper, you get the cash. When you die, your soul is theirs. Who would do it?

There was a Tales from the Darkside episode where two old rich guys did that over golf or something like that. Of course, the ending wasn’t happy, but that is TV. Come on, any takers? I’m sure Veganerd, you would do it, surely you don’t believe in eternal damnation, so what harm is there.

Episode 2 or 3 of season one if you count the pilot.

In a heartbeat. I’d laugh all the way to the bank.

My price tag is much cheaper than that. $100 anyone?

Tempting, but I’m sure I’d pass. Besides, I’ve already sold my soul to my wife.

Yes please.

Soul? What soul? Getting $1 million for nothing is a good deal.

I’d settle for a six pack of Fat Tire.

Of course I would! Hell id trade it for a chipotle burrito right now. I’m craving one and they’re closed

I’ll take the deal for a $20. While they’re at they can buy my ghost and my essence and my vital force, and any other made up stuff they want.

Would depend on the precise wording of the contract. I wouldn’t want to be dragged to jail for trying to sell non-existent merchandise.

Cheers,
malte

Bart sold his soul to Milhouse is season 7 for $5, which caused all sorts of problems for Bart. Knowing the Simpsons, that episode was likely inspired by the Tales from the Darkside. On the surface, based on Bart’s experience, I’d be a little hesitant. However, if Milpool threw in some racy pics of Mrs. VanHouten, I’d prolly do it.

Already sold my soul to the company store.

I’d even through in my corpse!

When I die, all feelings and emotional content is GONE… DEAD… Soul?

Then a few days later someone at the crematory will hit the little red button, and then all physical traces of me will be gone.

Sign me up!!

A much better deal would be an unlimited supply of Sole, for the rest of your life… I love that fish!

I had a friend in university who used to get people to sign theirs over while drunk for $20 or so. He had about 20 collected on paper that I knew of. He’s now a wildly successful wealthy business owner in media development with a gorgeous model wife. Correlation or maybe just bargaining power with the devil?

$1 Million + a Time Machine, and I’d consider it
.

I’m in. And for any rich people in the soul-buying market feel free to PM me, I’d take check, Paypal, money order, straight cash, whatever works for you. I’ll throw in my girlfriends soul too, she might be pissed but she’ll forget about it soon enough when we move into our McMansion.

Your college friend is Keanu Reeves?

I would take that deal and then buy as many shares on the moon as i could. Pretty much set up my great grand kids for life…

Would need to sweeten the pot a bit, you know, just in case. I’d say $4M + and I’d listen.

No! I have that much already.

So this offer isn’t open to gingers?

This thread is starting to sound like a conversation my wife and I were having about people’s price to have sex with a stranger that was not repulsive. When you start looking at what you can do with ‘x’ amount of money. The half hour of sex gets a lot cheaper. And when you get right down to it, the price is a hell of a lot less than you would be comfortable admitting.

My soul, $3.50 is my rock bottom price.
