Ok I know someone here knows how many meters (or feet) on climb are on the Ironman LP course.
I’m looking for both Bike and Run.
Now go check your data. I know you all have it…
the bike course is ~8000 ft. of climbing total. This is from race day using a Polar S625x. The other time I rode two loops the reading was 6500 ft, but the weather changed quite a bit from the start to the finish.
I have no clue about the run course (left my watch on my bike, whoops). I’d WAG it at about ~600 ft. per out~n~back for ~1200 ft. total.
Maybe someone can confirm the run course number.
