I usually get about 200 which is a lot for a village of 1800. All the farm kids come into the village so we get quite a few. Guess I’ll dress up for them again this year. Was a scarecrow last year and Dracula another year. Not sure what I’ll do Sunday. Hope I don’t run out of candy. Either buy too much or not enough. Hard to call sometimes.

I’ll pass on the big C religion. Coming from Scottish/Irish/French ancestory we were at one time. Let’s just say we’re not very devout.
I usually get about 15, from the clock tower, on a windless day and if my sights are dialed in and I use “Kentucky windage” ;-))
Nah…out in Hawaii it’s not that big a deal. With the culture out there, you’d get some weird mix of N. American Halloween, some Chinese lantern parade and a “bon” celebration.
It just doesn’t translate like you’d hope.
