If it smells fishy…well, you probably should toss it, otherwise put it on the grill!!
Even a smelly piece can be brought back from the edge , with ( water / white vinegar ) 6:1 rinse . Shrimp - tuna steaks , so on , the thicker the better . Firmness is more telling than color / odor .
