I put new keo’s on in Feb of this year and im already having problems with them … went to the bike shop and they said they are pretty much done … now when i ride they do this weird clicking thing which gets pretty annoying after a few miles
They’ll last longer if you use covers when you walk around.
the pedals? im not talking about the part on the shoes … why would that affect the pedals … plus i dont walk around in them.
seems really odd…I bought mine in March and they are good as new…

Oh, the pedals should last YEARS. The bearings should last at least a full pro’s cyclist season, like 15,000+ miles. That is definitely a warranty problem if they are wearing out.
If it’s not the bearings, but the clip-in/out mechanism, that also should last a LONG time. You can try some dry graphite spray. (I have some at home if you want to go get it, it is in a can that says DGF.) Or a little teflon lube in there.
If you are having problems this early, I’d switch to the Time RXS. It is a better pedal…
the guy at the bike shop said he was going to call look and tell them they should rebuild them or something … i would get the time pedals but it just doesnt make sense for me money wise when i have 2 other sets of looks at home … i feel like the weight difference isnt really a factor for me since im so fast …hehe!
hey did you read my fall story - i pm’d you … forgot to tell you … this fall counts - i have the road rash to show for it
