I see they just added some more community slots for IMW (they had been sold out when I checked a month ago). All the other IM races’ community slots are full. The regular slots sell out within 24 hours. How long are the community slots usually available for before they close? Does anyone know? Basically I am doing 2 HIMs in Sept and Oct to get a sense whether I have the guts to go for IMW next year. Would I still be able to get a community slot at the end of October?
This year they lasted until the end of April. I sent my application in but was turned down. Just missed it. I see yesterday they opened up more slots, wish they had done that a month ago.
They did the same thing last year. Reopened in Feb. or March and I don’t think they ever ran out/closed. Why would they. They can fit another 50 people if those people can make IMNA look philanthropic, right?
