If someone volunteers for the race are they guaranteed an entry for next years race?

Not that i am aware of but i am not a good source since i have never volunteered.

All athletes in the registration line on Monday morning in Panama city beach were given spots last year. Z

My wife will be on site, but not racing in 08. Can she get two people in for 08?

No, you aren’t guaranteed a spot for volunteering but if you show up for on-site registration the next day you should have no problem getting a spot. There were only ~500 people in line last year if memory serves.

PC is a long drive from anything so the only people who tend to register on-site are athletes and volunteers, nothing like what just happened at IMLP. At least not yet.
