How effective are the dimples in zipp rims??
I put a set on my roadie and immediately rode two cogs faster with the same effort.
I can do 20MPh without even pedaling thanks to the dimples!
When I put them on my roof rack, all of a sudden I got 7 miles per gallon better gas mileage.
I’ve stopped tightening my quick releases on the horizontal dropouts. The wheels push forward so hard that there’s no way they’ll ever come out.
I think my front fork is cracking from the force of pulling the entire bike forward from that front wheel.

I once did 88mph (with out pedaling)…suddenly my bike was surrounded by ground lighting and a sudden rush of air. When I came to a stop I was riding in my city, but somehow was watching my mother go into a dance with my father at their highschool.

So according to you, if I used these wheels I would pull into T2 in a younger age group than when I left T1. Hmmmm, interesting.
Just dont get to T2 before you were born…or you possibly would not have left your running shoes.

I once just looked at a dimpled Zipp wheelset and was immediately faster.
If I carry a dimpled 404 on the run my per mile pace drops about 2 minutes.

To prevent the headset ripping off due to the extreme forces created by the ‘Zipp dimples’ bike engineers have re-designed and re-inforced the headsets.
