I get daily workouts such as this:
He has them listed 1 month in advance, but will tweak them based on my input every day.
I get a week of very specific workouts and pacing guidelines. Repeat that week for three months. My sig line is a quote from my coach.
Tell your coach you need to train more.
Or would you like me to?

Do you even do the very same swim workouts for three months? The very same sets and the very same strokes and the very same intervals?
If so, wow. I don’t think I could come up with a week of swimming that I’d be willing to do every week for three months. I thrive on variety…
