She skipped an in competition test. That is why if people know where one is definitively one would not use a detectable level of PEDs, unless you decided to skip out on the test in competition…
well…
for males, one could pass with some sythetic urine and one of these fake prosthetic penises made expressly for the purpose of foiling drug tests. the world is getting to be a very strange place:

Dunno, I think this one is tougher since it occurs naturally in the body. They do look at what the EPO is trying to affect - blood hematocrit level, and that can’t be masked.
rhEPO does not occur naturally in the body and the test developed in 2000 can now distinguish that artificial EPO from the stuff we produce ourselves.
Hermatocrit levels are only used in cycling as a safety valve not as evidence of innocence or guilt.
They can make you discard all clothing from the waist to the knees so they can watch you urinate unimpeded. This only works for some of the urine tests that companies use where they don’t watch as closely.
You know I thought about the fake pp and freeze dried urine thing too. It’s a lot easier to think up “foolproof” ways of cheating a test than actually accomplishing cheating the test. But unless the testers are complicit the fake pp is a difficult option.
I think it’s pretty hard. This past winter I was privy to an out of competition test. My wife is a childhood friend of a pro cyclists’ wife, so in the off season he comes stateside. We came back from a ride, were hanging out watching the tele, and knock, knock. Out of competition test, pee in the cup. Strange thing is since he just got done showering it took a while to build the pee back up. It was a little awkward because they follow the athlete everywhere; in a creepy sort of way (like a shoplifter in a store). He goes in the next room, they do too, to the kitchen, there too, and of course the bathroom. An hour of awkward conversation (especially because I work in the Biotech Industry).
You couldn’t for example go to your bedroom and expect to strap that thing on and say “Ready!” So that’s a long way of saying it’s probably pretty complicated.
