How do you get your H2O?

The city tap water in my area is just funky. We used bottled water for a while, but its expensive, adds loads to grocery shopping and recycling is a chore. So switched to a Brita filter, which is better, but still not great because of the limited quantity done at each time, plus I’ve gotten more than my fair share of faulty cartridges. Don’t really want to go to the large water dispenser thingies, as I travel a lot and there is no way my wife could change a bottle by herself, not to mention its butt ugly and takes up more room than I have. So what’s the end all beat all home filtration system?

Reverse osmosis system, same as the one at the grocery where you fill up those large water bottle thingies.

Brita faucet mount filter, never had a bad cartridge. Been using mine for almost five years. (not same cartridge of course.)
