How do I keep Speedplay Zero cleats tight......?

My Zero cleats keep loosening up. Do I need to put on more loctite? The seem to be well seated and are mounted to Shimano SH R215. Anyone have this problem?

I don’t have zero cleats but my X cleats used to come loose every few months. I used blue loctite (in the red container) and the haven’t come loose since.

Yup, need to use the blue loctite per Speedplays instructions IN VERY BOLD LETTERS

Yup, the screws come w/ blue loctite on 'em…guess they need MORE!!
