Which hotels are the best staying for Cancun 70.3? i need something close and a little bit quiet.
We did the race last year. We did not stay at the host hotel, we stayed at the Westin Resort & Spa, which was the closes hotel to the race site. It think it was about 3 miles from the race site. It was pretty quite there since it’s the last hotel on the strip, well besides club med.
If you stay here, you need to schedule a cab the night before to get to the race site. Transportation after the race was quite different since there isn’t much room for people to park cars. You can catch a shuttle and a cab but that takes a while. We ended up just riding back to the hotel on our bikes.
