Took the day off and did a S-B brick. High 80’s, 70% humidity, wind, and I got hammered by the elements like I was a nail. Onlyulost 2% of the body weight but it still took 4hrs to feel the zip come back. I’m definitely not acclimated. More of the same tomorrow for most of the south and west. Be careful out there.
I can’t wait for the 80 degree temps again. Oh well, fall in AZ will be here soon enough.
