this was just even sicker. Lagat, and the rest of the field fell off the pace after 1000. just the African-Frenchie, who has the best time in the world of like 3:28, Webb and the rabbit after 1200. then bell lap, the Frenchie takes the lead and Webb sits on his shoulder. then with 100 yards to go, Webb comes around mano et man0, and powers by the French dude with 50 yards to go. just like Nationals. totally sick.
i thought he was gonna break 3:30. it was beautiful. Webb was stoked at the finish. new PR. best part was the Paris crowd going dead fckin slient when Webb kicked that extra gear in and wins. they was stunned.

hahaha. when they asked him that, i was surprised because i thought Rogaine has a banned substance in it that tripped up some US Olympian a few years ago with a positive doping test.

It was pretty funny. It was a skeleton athlete from the US who missed out on the last Winter Olympics for Propecia (the active ingredient is also used as a masking agent). Looking at how his hairline was doing before, they would have had to grant Webb a TUE out of sheer pity.
I thought it was the high cadence on the Power Cranks. That made him that fast!!!
anyone see the 2200m steeplechase? hahaha…they rung the bell a lap early and realised their mistake whilst the ‘winner’ was on the home straight, took away one of the hurdles just past the finishline…winnner was celebrating, then saw them keep running (they rung the bell again) and rejoined the race. hah…what a farce!
