Holy! stem is too high!

Let’s hope it’s not a carbon steer.

Other things:

Who still runs seven speed on their 2003 carbon TT bike?
Is there a front derailleur? It says it has two chain rings, but I didn’t see a way for the chain to go back and forth.

Looks like a bit of a scam, but what do I know.

Adam

I just barfed.

I imagine (not with great introspection) that you would have to “insert” that saddle to prevent yourself from falling off.

Heyo!

Scam… hmm I don’t know, with the $250 shipping. I’ll give it a maybe.

Has sold other bike stuff before including another giraffe bke that was featured on a ST thread

May be legit. There is no second chainring though (hence no derailleur).

The guy says right in there that the steerer tube is “uncut and ready for sizing”
.

i think the idea is to ride it as hard as you can, and see which goes first - the steerer or the spinergy rev-x wheels.

Someone actually made a bid on it. Some of the stuff on eBay is pretty amazing. One time saw a Porsche Carrera GT ($440,000 new) clone on a Buick chassis. The seller was pretty proud of his creation, but it sure looked gaudy.

BAM !

chain is too short.

Something is not right with the water bottle holder. Tim

7 speed freewheel? did they bend the chainstays?

Don’t laugh.

If you stand on the side of the road about 5K into the bike leg of any of the bike IM races, you will actually see more than a few bikes set up this way. These people are truly Ironmen if they can get through 112 miles on these bikes

Hey at least the frame is aero!

Look closely at the pics – no small chainring. I guess they are just that strong of a rider!

Personally, I like the fact that they used a riser stem. Because otherwise the rider might feel a bit too hunched over.

I pray that somebody will buy that bike and set it free.

mm

Yes… not sure about that 7-speed, though!

looks like it’s a side-entry holder. someone posted about those here a few weeks ago.

Probably a 7-speed wheel on back. When was the last time you have seen s “Tinley” logo.

Looks like a clown bike at the circus.

I like the rare white disc…should say old white disc.
