Being a supportive ND alum seems to get tougher each football season. We have not had a good team in 14 years, and it seems we have hit a new low. Its gotten to the point where I don’t even want to go back for games.

Ya that Michigan vs ND game is setting up to be a big matchup now.
From the ND few games I saw last year, ND has used up all of their lucky breaks for the next five years. Given that they weren’t really a good team last year, just lucky, I would try to learn to live with the reality sooner rather than later.

Ha Ha! Tell me how you feel after 20 years of dissapointment from now. I’m an Iowa State alum and die hard. You don’t know crap about “sucking”. I don’t think we stand an ice cube’s chance in hell of a winning season. Unless they change the rules to add 3 points for turnovers, penalties, and generally poor play.

I was at the game, SUCK is not the word! The worst football performance I have seen in years. I realize we are “rebuilding” but Holy shit! The stadium cleared out with 9 minutes to go. I have been to many ND games, when the Irish get booed on their home turf, there are problems. It is going to be a long year…
