I bought some Hoka’s directly from their website, ordered a certain size they shipped the wrong size
Do they not make 1/2 sizes? On the order form it states 1/2 size and on their website they have 1/2 sizes but the shoes aren’t a 1/2 size, customer service kinda stinks just replied back with a generic email.
(Went to a local shoe store and they didn’t have the 1/2 size either)
Assuming you aren’t asking for a 13.5, they do make all of the regular half sizes.

Kinda odd they sent the wrong size, especially since it took a week to actually get the shoe. I am just gonna send back for refund, don’t need the sneakers that bad, thx
I had an issue with a pair of their shoes a couple years ago and the customer service was outstanding. They went above and beyond and got me a new pair of shoes in about 48 hours.
I have nothing but good things to say about the company and their shoes
(well except maybe that it feels like all of their new model shoes are narrower than the older models. I guess that is one “bad” thing)
Is there a phone number in the email that you got? If there is, give them a call. I’ve had nothing but impecable customer service from Hoka. They have relaced shoes that ripped and sent new insoles if I asked. So try calling them, even if you have to look them up at their websight.
They do come in 1/2 sizes. I wear size 10.5.

Called them, I think they must outsource their Customer Service, lol. Not so good. Sending the sneakers back, alot of rigmarole for a pair of sneakers especially at a premium of $130. I’ll stick with my Saucony’s
They sent me a return label and I shipped them back after wearing them for a couple months, and they refunded my purchase. I would agree with most the comments here…amazing customer service. I am assuming you are in try US? Maybe it’s different in other countries?

i have ordered wimmins in 1/2 sizes and mens in 1/2 sizes - older maybe? the bondi. just ordered wimmins 9 and 9.5.
and another thing - the shoes have amazing life. i just figured out i’ve been wearing my blue pair (bondis) since 04/20THIRTEEN!! (though i do rotate them with another pair of Bondis. I bought 2 pair to replace them last year (expecting 3-6 months of use) and they are sitting under the bed still.

Glad you like them. I liked the feel of them, tried them on in a store just didn’t have my size so I ordered them direct from Hoka, they just sent the wrong size and they wanted me to send them back to exchange them. Don’t think I need to wait 18 days to get the right sneakers that I ordered. For a Public Owned Company thought the customer service would be better.
