Hoka Bondi B - quick review

there’s a BIG difference between the mafate and the bondi b, you want the bondi b if you’re running on the road or on well groomed dirt.

i run in a custom orthotic, and either shoe accepts it easily. both are straight-lasted shoes that have a flat platform on which to sit an orthotic, and the midsole curves up around the upper to cradle the orthotic and give it medial support. i couldn’t run in these shoes if they didn’t mate well with my orthotics.
