Working on regaining fitness after being slammed by the first half of PGY-1 year and waffling on committing to a half ironman distance.
Plus- it’s only 2 weeks after Honolulu tri so I’ll have at least oly fitness
Minus- I spend the 2 weeks prior to the Honolulu tri at C4(Combat Casualty Care Course- ATLS with some military specific stuff) in San Antonio where I’ll only be able to run.
