Hincapie's sleeves

Watching today’s stage I got the question - I thought I had noticed this before, so I searched Cyclingnews… here they are:

Hincapie’s sleeves appear longer and tighter fitting (like a skinsuit) than the “regular” sleeves on Discovery’s jerseys. Anyone care to elaborate?

George has his own line of clothing, perhaps he wears his own brand.

I read somewhere that George is riding a skinsuit-inspired Nike outfit…a “Swift” clothing line that they’re trying out…
