Wow, might be a pretty strong team Big George, Ballan, Kroon, and some young Swiss guns. Wonder if they can nab Cancellara

cancellara is up for grabs?

he needs to go to cervelo so they can be the best time trial bike again

No, I think he is still under contract with Saxo, but he is by far the most famous Swiss rider (although Greg Rast with Astana is one my favorites - a real workhorse).

He could go to Huffy and …

Hincapie was not in a preferred role. Columbia HTC has Cav, and a stable of young riders they’re pushing, and George was more of a mentor. I think he wants a legit team for Roubaix and I’m not sure Columbia was going to guarantee that.

The cool thing is that BMC is based out of Santa Rosa so we seem them on the road a lot during winter and early spring training. Bissel trains around here a bit too so it should be cool to see these guys around. I hope BMC gets to move up to ProTour status although perhaps it does not matter that much these days.

agree. that´s why he lost the 3s to contador in the tour TT - he didn´t have his cervelo : )

Or maybe he was . . . .
There’s been a lot of Radio Shack hype, suggesting that pretty much everyone except Contador would sacrifice a gonad for the privilege of riding for Armstrong, but are contractually obliged elsewhere. Guess some of it just ain’t true.
