Hi all,
training for my 1st HIM and am following the “Super simple” plan by Matt Fitgerald. I’m a few weeks in, and ahead of schedule for my race week, should I loop back to a certain week and then follow the last two weeks as Matt has laid out?
Also, any tips for some swim workouts in Matt’s plan? He has many days listed as “1300 yds moderate w 3 x 200 yds sets” but nothing specific outside the sets.
Any other tips?
