High armrest pad height - carbon stryke?

I have an older Carbon X which I love, one of the reasons is because I can put the pads high above the ‘basebar’ (it’s integrated).

I’m setting up another bike and I’m looking for clip-ons that sit pretty far above the basebar. I’ve heard the carbon strykes are adjustable, but can both the bars and the pads sit this far above the basebar (maybe 5-6cm)?
Do they come with some sort of riser, or is the setup like my carbon X where you can put the aerobars above the basebar and the pads on top of them?
