Hey four eyes!

I get to wear glasses and I’m 20/20! Setting at the keyboard I can’t even think of the name of my eye problem so here is what is happening. Look at the first word in this paragraph. My left eye looks straight at the “I” while my right eye wants to look at the second line and read “think”. My brain forces both eyes forward. The doc says this is causing a lot of my concentration problems and is the reason I feel like my eyes are going nuts sometimes.

So now I have a liftime of kinda thickish but not too bad glasses and 1 hour of visiual therapy every day for 6 months. Hooray for me! Anybody got any kind of advice? Like how to loose the things and not have my wife get mad at me? Can you get Oakleys with prism lens?

Love ya big

Tyler wears prescription Oakleys. And as far as all those eye exercises…maybe they count for some points that everyone keeps talking about. Try being blind for a while and wearing glasses won’t seem so bad after all.

are you doing pencil pushups? speaking as a sufferer of the computer screen madness, they really do work. just do then once a day when you feel like your eyeballs are starting to sllllllllide apart again

here’s some other advice I copied from somewhere or other.
hope it helps

Can I Decrease Computer Eye Strain?

What else can we do to prevent eye strain? First, we can develop better habits. Look away from the screen and take a deep breath every once in awhile – get those eyes to relax. Then look near then far and back and forth as rapidly as possible for a couple of minutes every hour you are on the computer. Make sure you keep the image you are looking at clear. This pumping of the focusing and eye-aiming muscles develops flexibility.

Are you sure that you problem doesn’t stem from looking at Becca’s pics? Just kidding!

So are you going to get prescription sunglasses, or just wear contacts and regular sunglasses? I know my brother is wearing prescription Nike’s, but are half the price of Oakley’s. I think too much money for prescription oakley’s.
