Hello,
After a weekend of moving furniture my lower back is STIFF!!! Normally I would take Tylenol or Aleve. I stopped at the store and saw the “backache” medicine so am giving it a try.
How does this differ from Ibuprofren, Acetaminophen or Naproxen. Which is really the best for muscle stiffness occasionally?
