i happen to know how many of you there are out there, and it takes - what? - 5sec to vote on this? if you don’t use a training log, just click the “nothing” button. you won’t be exposed
i’d like to get a handle on what folks are using (including nothing).
I voted for the other log that I’ve been keeping for a few years now because the poll only lets us pick one. I started logging here too for the 100/100 challenge. I’ll probably go back to one log eventually, but it’s not much overhead and so far I’ve continued the ST logging as well. I doubt there are enough people using multiple logs to skew your stats though.
I voted nothing, but I do religiously maintain a simple training log on a paper calendar. I have several close tri buddies who don’t even keep a paper log and so would also vote nothing.
I admit that I didn’t vote. I use both SportTracks and BeginnerTriathlete.com. All my GPS workouts are downloaded into SportTracks and my manually entered workouts (swim) are in BT. I’ll also periodically export my BT logs and import those into SportTracks. I’ll just go vote SportTracks.

The poll asks which “digital” training log I use and will happily vote nothing if that’s what you want but I’ll bet 75% still use good old paper of some kind like me. You should have had a “Use paper log” as a choice. The question kind of assumes that you’re only interested in hearing from the digi log folks even though you figured the “nothing” choice covered that.

I do keep a log, to keep track of totals for each day… I wing it to what I do everyday, but have quotas that I want to to reach in biking , swimmimg and running each week.
I must be stupid because I don’t finding anything to click to vote. I’m using a Mac and have clicked on everything in the vicinity of the poll and I keep getting directed back to your post.
You may have to dumb down your webpage for me, sort of like slowtwitchbonics.
You should “FIST” the members of the forum that won’t vote :0)
.
Dan, when I cared about such things I used a paper log. Now nothing although I think digital logs are pretty cool, especially ones you can uplink gizmos to.
I use BT, as the group I train with most often all congregate there.

Dan,
I voted.
For the record - no log.
If I get 3 rides in, in a week. It’s been a good week and I leave it at that! ![]()
