Sure, taxing the shit out of the people producing is always a surefire way to revive a sick economy.
You must have an opinion on what spending should be cut. It’s apparent that none of the politicians can come up with anything.
Let’s have your list of those things that should be cut to close the $41 billion shortfall.
First of all, quit changing your damn name.
I don’t really have a working knowledge of the budget since I am not a legislator. In general, I would say nearly everything needs to be cut. When I have less revenue on a personal and business basis, that’s what I do. Why should they be immune to that. I have to make tough choices, why can’t they do the same. I have laid people off, cut back hours, cut spending to the bone. We can’t afford to take care of our own citizen’s let along the non-citizens. Ken, they actually advertise on TV here for social programs. It’s basically “we have money and free shit to give you, just please come in.” I realize being from New Jersey you are semi-immune to this kind of stuff, but the truth is, we just can’t keep taking care of everyone at the level they are doing.
Once Arnold has the Government store selling " California Weed " , all the tax coffers will over flow .

Considering that in Los Angeles County, the voters raised their own taxes in November, I would say it may be accurate.
