teach me how to wear a shoulder holster so that the gun is more concealed under a jacket. its for my halloween costume. the gun is an airsoft pistol that is a rip off of the M1911. it’s a cheap shoulder holster so maybe that’s the problem but seeing as how I never conceal a gun I’m probably doing something wrong. School me please

Shoulder holsters are not very practical for the average person. Are you trying to be Sonny Crocket. Because galco designed theone we recognize today for Don Johnson for that role. Yes they existed prior, but were reserved for very specific applications.

The only time I wear one is when I need to carry a very powerful gun on a hike and it is to uncomfortable to hike with an iwb holster.

They didn’t really wear those back then. Instead they wore old western cross draw shoulder holsters like Doc Holliday wore, or military ones.

I would make sure you understand your local laws. In some states a concealed air soft is treated the same as a real concealed weapon. If you pull it out and start waiving it around it could be considered brandishing a weapon and you can end up in jail. If you pull it out and someone shoots you, it could be justified as self defense. I’m no lawyer but it’s worth doing some research on the topic.
