and with a new seller ID… what a surprise!!

this has being going on for months… unbelievable.

How am I supposed to know how much to bid when the rear shock is unspecified?

How did he get all of those positve feedbacks then?

He hijacked someone else’s account.

cool…he’s also got a Cannondale Ironman 2000 in 10 sizes and two colors…20 bikes for only $1,300!

awesome!

So this guys sells a belt buckle and two coyboy hats and then starts dealing in P3’s. That is hilarious!

You just don’t want me to bid.

You mean there’s somebody selling merchandise on Ebay who’s not honest? Good lord!!

I’ve bought plenty of stuff off the site. Just like in the real world, you gotta go into those transactions with both eyes open and a firm hand on your wallet.

T.

listing has been pulled…

See, now, you’d think that would stop most crooks… but no, not “The Man from London”. One hour, he’s some guy will 40 something feedback, buying and selling cowboy crap and now he’s someone with 460 feedback and a history of selling Star Wars toys. (The first listing got pulled and now he has relisted under another hijacked ID)

For those of you coming in late, this seller was discussed in an earlier thread and several other times on this board.

Who will he be tomorrow? I gotta admit, he hijacks IDs fast as hell.

how can he hijack an I.D.?

I find those requests to confirm my e-bay ID and password in my junk-mail folder ever day,

Same for requests about my banking information, since I apparently have accounts at several banks that unknown to me (made me check my credit report, so).

I started to ignore all unsolicited e-mail contacts even from legit sources for this reason. You never know… Better safe than sorry.

It’s a lot easier and more common than you would think…especially since they started using spell-check on their spam e-mails!
