I just wish they would talk about what is on screen. Every time they are showing the men swimming, they go on and on about the women’s histories. And then vice versa..Its a long day you two announcers, follow the race and do your fillers when it is actually dead time

Horrible coverage thus far, showing the men and saying they are the women, and we have no idea where most the favorites are. Is there a yellow cap in the lead mens group, can anyone make that out? I think Blu has been dropped, but they are talking about everything except the actual race in real time

They keep saying Beth Clarke is leading the swim in the purple cap, but it is not a purple cap leading..THey keep messing up the women and mens swims, they cannot see the difference in strokes, horrible

Even if the apology for the quality is that it’s free I struggle to believe that Ironman deliberately decides “well nobody’s paying so it might as well be shite”.
Risible.
They tried to get people to pay the past couple years through outside, but it has gone back to being free. Quality seems to have gone down too, but it was not a very high bar to begin with..
Just glad I get to go do my swim now, come back and see the end of the bike where they hopefully can figure out who is who..

Well one of the positives is the P.I.P. during the ads, so you only miss the commentary (maybe a good thing!).
Why is everyone so surprised Blum isn’t in that FP? I wouldn’t really expect him to be.
