IIRC, programs like this were discussed here on ST. I think they may have made a PR mistake by applying the executive or corporate label to it.

I don’t think they are going to turn anyone with the money away, just because they are a ‘C’ level executive.

It can't. WTC didn't include the flat races so the execs can't "cook" their results and make themselves look healthier than they actually are.....
