I am interested in making an upgrade on my bike. I own a 2001 Quintana Roo Kilo (introductory tri-bike), and have not upgraded anything on it. I was thinking of upgrading my wheels to give me a little boost! I am curious on thoughts on what type of wheel I should consider (i.e. Spynergy, Hed, Zipp) in order to truly gain any noticeable increase in my biking m.p.h. I am not an expert by any means in this area and any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!
HED 3’s or Zipp 404’s are probably a good answer for general fast & aero wheels, get a disc if you ride over 23 mph

buy a renn disc and a used front zipp 440 or Hed Jet off of ebay. 500.00 and ready to roll (literally).
