I could use a little advice from this group concerning a possible purchase of a HED disc.

My big question, can the hub be replaced on this wheel, or is this wheel trash? My experience is with Spynergies. If my wheel looked that, it would be toast.
If it can be replaced, and the poster states that not all parts are there, how much would it cost to install a new hub, bearings, and cassette?
