I am hoping to travel to France this summer and race with a club and I am wondering what I need to get in terms of licensing and a medical certificate. Can anyone help me out?

Just ask the club you’ll be racing for. They should be able to help you. Or the FFTri.

If you can’t read it, I concur that whoever you are racing with will be able to help. Having left France a long time ago I am not up to snuff on requirements, e.g. jt used to be that you had to visit a sports medicine doctor for the medical certificate, but this may have changed.
