Help With Disk & Computer

I have a Cateye wireless and am getting ready for IMAZ. So when I switch out my training wheels and put my disk on I need to figure out how to put the magnet on the disk. Is there some glue out there that won’t damage the disk. Thanks

Better yet, will that lump on the wheel mess up the aerodynamincs.
Now, before you flame me, if it is really insignificant, then why the big deal about dimples, flat vs lenticular shaping, spoke nipples being covered in deep dish wheels, profile of rim to tire( zipp 808) etc.
I think that based on marketing hype, this is a fair question-esp. for a neophyte.

It very well could mess up the aerodynamics and Im sure there are a bunch of people that would say just mount on the fork, but my nice new wireless can only mount in the back so I give up wires and have to put a little thing on the disk. I could always just screw it and only concentrate on my cadence during races I already know the distance I’ll cover depending on the race.

I use double sided tape from 3M. It is a white foam tape that come in diffenent widths. It sticks great and I have never had it come off. Just stick the magnet on and trim off the excess with a razor blade. Too remove it you just pull it off and use a product called oops to get the gummy stuff off the carbon, you can get it at any hardware store and it does not bother carbon fiber. If you can find a Spinnergy wheel magnet it is the best solution, I have one on my HED3 wheel, its flush, it sticks on and its black.
