Help with Bricks

I’ve been doing brick workouts at a fairly easy pace, but I’m still really being affected on the run. Any recommendations? Hills? Interval bricks?

Put a brick in each pocket. Run more. Problem solved.

Run FIRST.

I was told to run a mile or 2 after EVERY bike. Now it feels funny if I dont. Make your cadence high toward the end of the bike.
