Help pick my clip-ons/extensions

Ive been running vision ski tips on vision base bars i’ve noticed that anatomically, these don’t seem to fit me right. i’m more comfortable grabbing and holding the underside of the extension. another way of putting it_ when my elbows rest on the pads, the natural rotation of my forearm is from a “hand shake” or straight position to one with an open, or palm up position. to try this yourself, extend your hand as if you were shaking. then let your hand and arm naturally “roll.” mine rolls to the right-with the palm open.

is there an extension that is better suited for me?
