Help: Nike Triax Elite HR monitor will not connect to computer

I have the Nike Triax Elite HR monitor/watch. I use it when running on the treadmill. It syncs with my computer via radio frequency when I plug the download unit into the USB port.

This weekend, it stopped communicating with my computer. The download unit still “glows” blue when I connect it to the computer. I can open the USB ports and see that the computer has recognized the down load unit. However, when I set the watch to “computer” it searches, then says “PC Not Found.”

Anyone have this happen before? Thoughts?

Based on my past experiences…
Disconnect the dongle and restart the machine. Reconnect it and try to download again, change the USB port it’s plugged into if you can.
I also saw the same behavior when the watch battery was very low, but it was warning me after a few sync attempts. Other than that, all the download issues I’ve had have turned out to be the dongle or USB port on the computer.

Move the dongle away from the computer.

I’ve had the same issues. Are you using Mac or PC?
My problems were with a Mac, had to update the Triax software, with a new driver.
