Help me with my honeymoon

The future Mrs. Mohole15 want to have a few days off of life after our wedding at the end of this October. As we live in Vegas, I’ve suggested Big Bear and Zion Natl Park. She suggested Napa. I like her idea, but she’s expecting me to do the research for this trip and find the perfect place.

So, Can anyone suggest a bed and breakfast in Napa for a few days getaway? Our “real” honeymoon is going to be next spring when we go to Europe for two weeks.

Help!!!

Jason

Mount View in Calistoga is walking distance from spas and good restaurants. It’s more hotel than B&B, but it’s nice to take a walk back from the dinner triathlon: bubbly with starters, cab with meat, late harvest with dessert.

Mammoth Lakes is nice that time of year too, and less than 100 miles further than Big Bear.

I’ve found a lot of great B&Bs this way.

I would not stay in Napa unless you stay at the Marriott, which is really nice. Stay up the road in Yountville at the hotel there (can’t remember the name) - fabulous and the restaurants in the little Yountville village are amazing. Also, St. Helena and Calistoga are really nice. Anywhere but Napa itself.
