Both men have admitted to doping in their cycling career…What I can’t figure out is why Riis is not welcome at the Tour or not invited and on the other hand Zabel is racing in the Tour. It’s looks like it would be the other way around Zabel not welcome to race and Riis with his Team CSC at the Tour or both not welcome.
