or should I say what is a good asking price? With and without Zipps? I would probably only keep pedals.

what components? I am having a hard time telling from the pics, except the chainrings/cranks.
why are you selling?
If you really want to make money, sell every part separately. It’ll take more time but you’ll make more money.
Why are you selling? I hope you aren’t going to say because this bike isn’t fast enough for you…
Deraileurs are Ultegra, calipers are black XLAB.
The only reason I could come up with is that I am a triathlete and am cursed with constantly wanting new things after a few seasons. I am thinking a Trek Madone 5.2 and a matching carbon Fuel 98 mountain bike (LBS will hook me up with a good price). The problem is I am no Rockafella, I have to let what I have go in order to get new stuff. I also have a Giant road bike, a Specialized full suspension mountain bike and a Computrainer I need to sell to get the new goodies. I know this is not the classifieds section, I simply want some estimates on where to start. In other words, what would you pay?
Giant TCR Aero. Complete 105 group (cranks were powder coated).
Mix group, Avid, XT and Specialized. No lockout.
Don’t sell the Softride!!!
The Giant might go for 1100-1200 dollars. No idea about the Specialized.
No clue for the mtn bike. The only reason I really ever get rid of most stuff is b/c something significantly faster *and better *has come out. That being said I would not sell my Softride TT7 b/c I am not convinced that something would be more comfortable and faster. I still ride on a 1994 Zipp front wheel b/c the new ones are quite a bit heavier than mine and really not much if any faster. I did upgrade my disc b/c the new one was only $40 and lighter aftre I sold the other.
New doesn’t mean faster, lighter doesn’t mean faster. New and lighter doesn’t mean faster.
man, Danny IS right…you do have a lot of stuff!!! ![]()
