Hello ST, I mostly lurk here, but thought I would come out of the shadows and ask for some advice. I would like to make some adjustments to my bike fit. I feel like my hip angle is a little too tight. I think what I need to do to open it up is to be able to slide the saddle forward some. The trouble is my cockpit is already pretty tight, so I would need to make some adjustments to the front end to be able to move the saddle forward (longer stem, different bar set-up, etc.). The current stem is 80mm, I think it’s a 30 degree stem. Another option might be shorter cranks (current cranks are 170). Here’s a video of my current set-up (with a sequence of still shots at the end). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tdsrigH_s9g
I’m thinking as a first step I might try a slightly longer stem with a little less angle - maybe a 100mm 25 degree stem. Does that seem like a good place to start? How long a stem is “safe” on a tri bike?
lower your saddle by at least 2cm
youre not holding onto your aerobars correctly, the shifters are supposed to be right in your hands.
you could use a longer stem

I think you’re right re: the saddle being a bit high. The trouble is, lowering the saddle will make the top of the pedal stroke even tighter…
Damn, I ride the same frame and am your same height…and my inseam is only 30". For some reason, I feel like I’d feel short next to you. FWIW, I use a 110mm stem, have about half that much seatpost showing and am a dude. (shoe size is 16, which I suppose is just average on ST)

No comment on the fit.
Yeah, I got that whole long legs, short torso thing to contend with…

There is some good reading here and here that should set you on the right path.
