Help me maintain my bike fitness

I am currently training for the Cape Epic in March next year. Next week I head overseas for a three week vacation with ten days skiing in Austria and then the rest in London. Obviously the scope for cycling will be limited, but I need to maintain all the strength I have built up so far. I also have that irrational fear that i will come back a weakling! Here’s my plan:

Crosscountry skiing
Stationary bike
Snowshoeing
Rowing machine
Running

What’s the best way to exercise bike-specific muslces without sitting on some crappy lifecycle for hours at a time?

Help is much appreciated.
