For starters, I don’t think it looks so bad … not like many others I’ve seen.
I was given a tip at the A2 wind tunnel that’s easy to remember. They said, “try to touch your chin to your hands.” You can’t, but thinking about doing that does two things. It makes you think about moving your chin out and down. That brings the tail of the helmet to you back while lifting your face to see up the road. You have to practice it and learn to relax into it. Learn to relax those muscles across your shoulder blades and up the back of your neck. Let it all come down.
Here’s another easy trick. I use the exact same helmet. Take all the pads out. Work with the straps and make it fit farther back on your head. Make the front opening of the helmet higher above your eyebrows. This makes the helmet fit your back better even when you’re in your most natural head position. Doing that made a lot of difference in how my helmet fit me and fit my back. There’s a lot of adjustability. Take advantage of it. Just so you know, when you get it right, If you’re just standing on your feet and have your helmet on, it’ll look like it’s pushed way back on your head.
Now, can we talk about the rest of your position? I’d love to see your pedal stroke at bottom dead center 'cuz it looks to me like your seat is quite low. It also looks like you’re pretty stretched out … either that is the frame is pretty small for you. Again … nothing really bad, but maybe some stuff you could improve.
FWIW,

Edit: Exactly what Psycholist said.
